None appears for the petitioner as well as the opposite party No.2.

The instant application is filed against the impugned Order No. 21 dated 6.5.2011 passed by the Additional District Judge-cum-Fast Track 2nd Court, Raiganj, Uttar Dinajpur in session Case No. 264 of 2008 rejecting the petitioner's prayer for discharge On perusal of the application as well as impugned order, it appears that the stay order was passed after considering the materials on record, and is speaking one.

Therefore, the stay order demands no interference.

Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed along with pending applications.
