The alleged contemnor, Mrs. Rina Chowdhury, District Registrar, Howrah is present in Court. Affidavit, enclosing therewith a communication dated 17th January 2022 addressed to Sk. Safiulla, has been filed by the alleged contemnor before this Court indicating that the order dated 23rd June 2021 has been complied with and the same is taken on record. This Court, therefore, is satisfied that the order has been complied with.

The alleged contemnor, Mrs. Rina Chowdhury, is warned against repeating such conduct in future. The contempt application shall stand disposed of. Personal presence of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
