The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, read with Section 397 & 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The instant application is filed for quashing the Charge Sheet No. 148 of 2006 dated 30.09.2006 under Section 379 of Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(2) of Coal Mines Nationalisations Act, as well as Section 4(1) of Minor Miners Act connected with G.R. Case No. 980 of 2006 arising out Kulti Police Station Case NO. 155 of 2006 dated 24.07.2006.

It appears that interference of this Court in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 401 is uncalled for. More over after lapse of 16 years the relevance of this quashing of Charge Sheet has become infractuous. Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed along with pending applications.
