The instant revisional application has been preferred challenging the impugned judgment and order dated 12.04.2006 passed by the Municipal Assessment Tribunal, Kolkata. This matter is running in the list since for a long time.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being C.O. 2004 of 2010 is dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
