The instant application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 against the jdugment and order dated 12.04.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate 2nd Court, Krishnanagar, in M.R. Case No. 755 (IV) of 2009 directing the petitioner to pay maintenance to the opposite party.

When there is a specific provision of appeal against the impugned order, invocation of jurisdiction of this Court under Sections 401/482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is uncalled for and is tantamount to circumventing the expression of provision of law. Accordingly the instant application stands dismissed.
