25.07.2022 sdas rejected C.R.M.(NDPS) No. 827 of 2022 In Re:- An application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure in connection with Entally Police Station (DD) Case No. 43 of 2021 dated 28.01.2021 under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c )/29 of the NDPS Act.

And In Re : Masem Sk. .... petitioner Mr. Asit Nayek ....for the petitioner Mr. Suman De ...... for the State Having considered the materials on record disclosing recovery of narcotic substance which is above commercial quantity i.e. 21kgs. of Ganja from the petitioner and accused persons and in view of statutory restrictions under Section 37 of the N.D.P.S. Act, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
