The petitioner complains that the private respondents are interfering with the lawful possession of his land. The petitioner claims to be the legal heir of the deceased tenant father. The petitioners are running a factory in the said premises.

The private respondents deny that they have interfered with the possession of the petitioner. On the contrary, counsel for the private respondents submits that they have been frequently abused by the petitioner.

The parties shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. Any civil claims or counter claims of the parties may be agitated before an appropriate civil forum.

The Officer-in-Charge Narendrapur Police Station shall maintain a strict vigil over the said premises and ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
