1. Pursuant to the direction of this Court dated November 24, 2025 a report has been furnished today by the Learned Public Prosecutor received from the Inspector-in-Charge, Serampore P.S. CGR PC dated November 28, 2025. Let the said report be kept with the record.

2. It transpires that the sole appellant Gopal Chandra Ghosh has expired on May 19, 2021 and the death certificate is also annexed with the report, which substantiate the same.

3. In view of the same, as submitted on behalf of the prosecution, this appeal stands abated since there are no other appellant in this matter.

4. Accordingly, CRA 341 of 2000 stands disposed of being abated.
