The petitioner complains of inaction on the part of Uluberia P.S. in response of complaint dated 7th June, 2021. The incident occurred on 4th May, Uluberia P.S. has submitted a report dated 25th January, 2023, wherein it appears that the allegation against the private respondents remain unsubstantiated.

The private respondents submit that they do not have any intention to disturb the petitioner and the petitioner may return to his residence. The officer-in-Charge, Uluberia P.S. shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to

costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official wesbite of this Court.
