and Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate representing respondent no.4 has filed affidavit of service, which is taken on record. It appears that in terms of the order dated 8th February, 2024, notice was served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner and the tracking report shows the same was delivered on 12th February, 2024.

The matter was subsequently taken up on 1st April, 2024 when also petitioner remained unrepresented.

It appears petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petitioner stands dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
