It is also submitted petitioner was not aware of the alleged transportation of narcotic substance in the vehicle driven by her son, Sanjoy Mondal. Said Sanjoy Mondal is on statutory bail.

Learned Counsel appearing for the State opposes prayer for bail and submits petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of narcotic substance. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used for transportation of narcotic substance. Co-accused who was driving the vehicle is her own son. In view of the aforesaid incriminating materials

and nature of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
