1. The order dated 12th December, 2023 is placed by the Registry for correction.

2. In the cause title of the order dated 12th December, 2023 the expression "W.P.A. No. 16334 of 2023" shall stand deleted and be replaced with the expression "W.P.A. No. 16334 of 2022".

3. Let the aforesaid correction be incorporated in the order dated 12th December, 2023.

4. The other parts of the order dated 12th December, 2023 shall remain unaltered.

5. Department is directed to take steps accordingly.

6. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
