The record is put up at the instance of the office. An order of this Court dated September 3, 2025, has been uploaded in which the matter has been directed to go out of the list since the Court has no determination.

It has been pointed out that previously this Court has passed an order directing the instant matter to be dismissed for default, though without having determination to entertain the same.

It appears that both the orders dated May 2, 2025, and September 3, 2025, have been passed without jurisdiction, due to lack of determination of this Court.

Hence, it is ordered that the Court's previous orders dated May 2, 2025, as well as September 3, 2025, are hereby recalled.

Since this Court does not have jurisdiction to hear the contempt petition being CPAN 918 of 2023, the same is hereby released from the list.
