...for the Madrasah Service Commission In view of the fact that, since the selection process of the State Level Selection Test (in short "SLST') of 2013 was concluded upon preparation of panel on 22nd June, 2018 and the panel has already been expired after a period of one year thereafter i.e. 22nd June, 2019, we are of the view that the appeal cannot be considered at this belated stage.

The learned Single Judge, however, has protected the interest of appellant by permitting the appellant to offer his candidature in the next selection process to be conducted by the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission if he is otherwise found eligible as the petitioner has been supplied the TET certificate.

Mr. Prasenjit Mukherjee, learned counsel for the Madrasah Commission has submitted that the selection process has already been commenced and the vacancy position for the respective disciplines would be notified shortly.

In the event there is a vacancy in Arts and Social Science stream, the same should be immediately notified. With the above direction, the appeal and the connected

application stand disposed of.
