This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 15th January, 2025.

It is submitted on behalf of the alleged contemnor being the Pradhan that the matter be adjourned in order to grant an opportunity to comply with the order dated 15th January, 2025.

Prima facie, it appears that there is deliberate

and intentional violation of the order dated 15th January, 2025. By the said order, the concerned Pradhan was directed to consider the representation dated 5th July, 2024. In view of the submissions of the alleged contemnor, let this matter appear on 25th January, 2025 in order to ensure compliance.
