The present revisional application has been preferred against an order dated 28.06.2022 passed by the learned Additional Sessions judge, 7th Court, Paschim Medinipur, in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 03 of 2022 arising out of Misc. Case No. 178 of 2021.

The present revision is against an order in a proceeding under the Domestic Violence Act.

Accordingly, considering the said prayer of the petitioner and the materials on record, the present revisional application is disposed of 'as withdrawn'.

All connected application, if any, stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance.
