At the time of call accommodation has been prayed for on behalf of the petitioner.

However, it appears from the order dated 6th August, 2024 that previously on the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner accommodation was granted in order to enable the learned advocate for the petitioner to complete service of notice upon the respondents and to file affidavit-of-service. It appears that no steps have been taken in terms of the order dated 6th August, 2024.

It further appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the fate of the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
