Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after his prayer for bail was rejected earlier on February 13, 2025, only one more witness has been examined. The Court was also lying vacant for some time.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer. It appears that seven out of twenty six witnesses have been examined so far. Bail prayer of the petitioner was turned down by this Court on February 13, 2025. There is no change in circumstances of the case which warrants a favourable order.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected as this stage.

Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

The bail application is disposed of.

Case Diary is returned.
