Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he would not like to press this application and instead would like to take appropriate steps for the inactivity of the police officers concerned before the learned Trial Court and pray for appropriate relief for issuance of proclamation and attachment before the learned Trial Court.
