report has been filed by the Kalyani Municipality mentioning that the dues of the petitioner have been cleared. As regards the security deposit, the same is retained with the Municipality as per the tender notice and will be returned to the petitioner after three years from the date of completion of the work. The petitioner sought time for filing an exception to the said affidavit. The same has not been filed till date.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call. No accommodation sought.

It appears that the grievance of the petitioner has duly been redressed by the Municipality and the petitioner may not be interested to proceed with the writ petition any further.

The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
