It appears from the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the concerned College and the University that the results of the petitioner in the examination held in March, 2021 can be published and declared by directing the concerned College being the respondent no.4 to send the marks of the petitioner in the concerned papers to the Controller of Examination, University of Calcutta (respondent no.3) within a week from date. The Controller of Examinations shall act on the said marks within 30th December, 2021 and declare the result of the petitioner not later than 7th January, 2022.

Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations made in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted.

W.P.A.17114 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
