It is submitted that a Division Bench of this Court in MAT 1859 of 2024 has revived the rule after setting aside the Court's order dated 26th July, 2024 which disposed of as WPCRC 112 of 2024.

Having regard to the above, let notice afresh be issued to the alleged contemnors.

They may be represented by the learned advocates on the adjourned date.
