Inadvertent error had crept in the order dated 4th November, 2024 with regard to case no. CRAN 5 of 2019 (Old CRAN 1644 of 2015) same be corrected and read as CRAN 5 of 2019 (Old CRAN 1644 of 2019).

All other portions of the said order remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to take necessary steps for correction.
