1. Learned Advocate for the petitioner is present.

2. This application is filed seeking for a direction upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar , North 24-Parganas, to dispose of the M Case No. 11 of 2024 expeditiously.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that although there was a direction to file affidavit of assets, but the same is not filed by the opposite party and long period has passed and the petitioner has not received any interim maintenance.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this Court is of the view that no fruitful purpose will be served by directing the service of notice to the opposite party.

5. Accordingly, this application is disposed of with a request upon the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bidhannagar, North 24-Parganas to dispose of the M Case No. 11 of 2024 within a period of six months from the next date fixed.

6. Learned Magistrate shall also see that the application for interim maintenance is disposed of expeditiously.
