Mr. Lal Ratan Mondal ..for the petitioner Mr. Srijan Nayak Ms. Rituparna Maitra ..for the State The petitioner alleges that although the petitioner was engaged as a Sahayika of Ilishmarychar Sishu Siksha Kendra under Bhagwangola-II Block, District Murshidabad, her monthly honorarium has not been released. The documents annexed to the writ petition do not indicate that the petitioner is continuing to serve as a Sahayika in the said Sishu Siksha Kendra.

The petitioner cannot satisfy the Court either with regard to her eligibility for the post or her continuity in the said post. Mandatory directions for release of honorarium cannot be passed. It appears that the petitioner has not approached the authorities for release of her honorarium. The claim of the petitioner is not accepted as the writ petition is devoid of material particulars.

If the petitioner approaches the competent authority, that is, the Mission Director, Paschim Banga Rajya Sishu Shiksha Mission, by filing an appropriate application with her grievances, the

same shall be disposed of in accordance with law and on the basis of the records.

A hearing shall be given to the petitioner, the District Nodal Officer, a representative of the concerned managing committee of the concerned Sishu Siksha Kendra and to other interested persons. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all.

The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. This Court has not entered into the disputes and merits of the claim of the petitioner.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
