Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that on 23rd July, 2025 interim bail was granted in favour of the petitioner. In the meantime, the parties have married each other. He seeks for confirmation of interim bail granted on 23rd July, 2025 in favour of the petitioner.

Learned Advocate for the State also concedes to such submission and files report along a copy of certificate of registration of marriage, which is taken on record. 3.

Learned advocate for De facto complainant also concedes to such submission.

In view of the above, the interim bail granted earlier on 23rd July, 2025 in favour of the petitioner is confirmed subject to the conditions laid down in the said order.

The application being CRM(M) 1060 of 2025 stands disposed of.
