Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Opposite Party submits that the matrimonial suit being MAT Suit No. 1192 of 2017 (Smt. Moumita Bhattacharya nee Chatterjee Vs. Sri Sovan Bhattacharya), in respect of which present application has been preferred, has already been disposed of by the learned Trial Court on 6th July, 2019. Accordingly, the present application has become infructuous .

In such view of the matter, C.O. 2755 of 2018 is dismissed being infructuous without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
