The petitioners have filed this application under section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 seeking quashing of the proceeding being G.R. Case no. 2154/2014 corresponding to Madhyamgram PS case no. 108/2014 dated 28.1.2014 under sections 354B/323/509 of the IPC pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barasat, North 24 Parganas.

In spite of giving several opportunities, nobody appears on behalf of the petitioners on call. Even on earlier occasion no one represented the petitioners, no accommodation sought for. It indicates that the petitioners are no more interested in the instant case. Accordingly, CRR 2095 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below immediately for information and taking necessary steps in accordance with law.
