When the matter was listed on 19.04.2024, the same was adjourned by way of last indulgence, taking note of the fact that, it was the second occasion when there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Today again when the matter is called on for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner nor any accommodation has been sought for.

Accordingly, CO 2756 of 2018 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, shall stands vacated and all connected applications, if any, are disposed of accordingly.
