Ashok Kumar Roy The record sent before me for necessary correction. It was pointed out that the Lower Court case no. is Title Suit No. 1027 of 2021 whereas the same appears as Title Suit No. 1027 of 2001 in the main revisional application.

Thus, necessary rectification be made in second line of the second paragraph of order dated 21st December, 2023 and Title Suit No. 1027 of 2001 be deleted and Title Suit No. 1027 of 2021 be incorporated in place and stead. Other contents of the order remains unaltered.
