The petitioner is alleging that though the SubDivisional Magistrate, Tamluk, Purba Medinipur, the respondent no. 2 herein, by an order dated May 13, 2025 has directed the demolition of unauthorized construction over the subject public land but the said order has not yet been executed.

Mr. Syed Nasirul Hossain, learned advocate for the State files a report of the Block Development Officer NandaKumar, Purba Medinipur, The respondent no. 3 herein, dated August 01, 2025, let it be kept with the record. The said report speaks about the execution of the order of the respondent no. 3 with photographs of the demolition of the unauthorized structure.

In view of such development, no further order(s) need be passed in the present writ petition. W.P.A. 15953 of 2025 is disposed of with the above terms without any order as to costs.
