Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Pursuant to the earlier direction of this court dated 19th July, 2023, the HUDCO has filed its report in the form of an affidavit, which may be kept with the record.

On perusal of the aforesaid report it appears that the assessment of subsidy has already been done as appears from paragraph 6 of the said report and accordingly the respondent/Bank is directed to take necessary steps for payment of the subsidy indicated in the said report in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction this writ petition being WPA 15951 of 2023 is disposed off. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
