1. The writ petitioner is aggrieved on account of nonconsideration of his representation by the respondent authorities, which was sent to the respondent No. 2 by speed-post/registered-post.

2. After hearing the learned advocates for the contending parties, it appears to this Court that justice would be sub-served if the respondent No. 5 is directed to consider the representation of the writ petitioner as sent on 8th April, 2024 in accordance with law.

3. In view of such, while disposing the instant writ petition, this Court directs the respondent No. 5 to consider the representation of the writ petitioner as sent on 8th April, 2024 to the respondent No. 2 in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioner and/or his legal representatives and thereafter, to pass a reasoned order and to communicate such order to the writ

petitioner preferably by e-mail, if the e-mail details of the writ petitioner is provided to him at the time of hearing.

4. The entire exercise as indicated hereinabove is to be completed by the respondent No. 5 authority positively within working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.

5. Liberty is given to the learned advocate-on-record to communicate the server copy of this order along with a copy of the earlier representation as sent on 8th April, 2024 to the respondent No. 5 authority.

6. The respondent No. 5 authority is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

7. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.
