Mr. Jahar Lal De Mr. Rudranil De ... for the State Instruction has been provided by the Block Development Officer & Block Programme Officer, Manbazar II Development Block dated 4th August, 2022 mentioning that the validity of the panel formed vide Memo No.819/BDO/Man-II dated 27th July, 2021 till communication of withdrawal of restrictions imposed vide Finance Department Memo No.1971-F(Y) dated 30th June, 2021 and 30-F(Y) dated 4th January, 2022 is received by the office of the Block Development Officer & Block Programme Officer by issuance of notice vide a memo no.1244(6)/BDO/Man-II dated 3rd August, 2022 of the Block Development Officer & Block Programme Officer.
The report further mentions that eligible candidate as per panel will be issued appointment letter after
withdrawal of restrictions imposed by the Finance Department.
In view of the instruction that has been provided by the Block Development Officer & Block Programme Officer, there is no requirement of proceeding with the writ petition any further, at this stage.
The writ petition stands disposed of It is expected that the Block Development Officer & Block Programme Officer will act strictly in accordance with the instruction that has been provided in Court today.
Let a copy of the instruction forwarded to the Court by way of compliance report be served upon the learned advocate for the petitioner.
Compliance report dated 4th August, 2022 submitted by the learned advocate for the State be retained with the records.
