1. Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. Considering the materials available in the case diary and the de facto complainant has directly implicated the petitioner for the alleged offence in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C., we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
