Mr. Amitesh Banerjee, learned Senior Standing Counsel represents the Bishnupur Police Station. 2.

It is submitted by counsel for the petitioners that the Shebaits need assistance of the Police to enable him to collect the rent. This is not the duty of the Police. If there is any rent defaulter, the petitioner may take steps in accordance with law against such tenants.

It is made absolutely clear that the Bishnupur Police shall strictly carry out and comply with any direction of the Civil Court to protect the Receivers-inperson and not any of their agents in discharge of his duties.

This Court appreciates the presence of the Officer of the Bishnupur Police Station.

CPAN 920 of 2023 is disposed of.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
