F.M.A.T. 680 of 2015 with CAN 1 of 2015 18.07.2022 Ct. No. 8 SB In the matter of : Hyderabad Industries Limited The instant appeal is preferred against an order in Misc. Case under order 21 rule 97 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Serampore in suit valued at Rs.61,000/-. In view of the provisions under Section 21(1)(a) of the Bengal, Agra and Assam, Civil Court (West Bengal Amendment) Act, 2000 the Additional Stamp Reporter has also made a report regarding maintainability of the appeal before this Court.

The appeal is not maintainable in this Court. Accordingly, the appeal along with the application stands dismissed.
