The order impugned is appealable under Section 18 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002, as such, the application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, assailing the said order is not maintainable; CO 2325 of 2024 is therefore dismissed without any order as to costs.

Leave however is granted to Mr. Biswas, learned advocate for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the impugned order upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
