It was brought to the notice of this Court that the impugned judgment delivered on 8th August, 2024 in FMAT(MV) 424 of 2023 in Paragraph 3 had erroneously mentioned the date 09.02.2019 instead of 09.03.2019 and Registration No. WN-67A-8718 instead of WB-67A-8718. Department is directed to rectify the typographical errors of the judgment dated 08.08.2024.

Other portions of the judgment dated 08.08.2024 remain unaltered.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for compliance.
