It appears that the instant CRR 2082 of 2017 was dismissed on merit. The CRAN application no.3133 of 2017 is also dismissed. The instant CRAN application was filed for appropriate order. It has already observed by this Court that the application being CRAN 3133 of 2017 is not maintainable. Thus, it is ordered that the instant application being CRAN 3122 of 2017 is dismissed as not maintainable. The CRR 2082 of 2017 along with CRAN no.3133 of 2017 are disposed of.

The impugned order dated 6.6.2017 passed by the Learned Additional Sessions Judge, 4th Court Malda in Sessions Case no.167 of 2014 is hereby affirmed. Any order of stay passed by this court is also vacated. Learned Court below is free to proceed with this matter.

Let a copy of this order be served upon the learned Court below through Learned District and Sessions Judge, Malda for information.
