Learned advocate Mr. Safdar Azam appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted on instruction that the matter in dispute between the parties has been settled amicably out side the Court. So, the petitioner is not any intention to proceed with the criminal revisional application. So, he prayed for necessary order. Heard the learned advocate perused the criminal revisional application it appears that the petitioner being the married sister-in-law of the opposite party no.2 indents to withdraw the matter. The instant criminal revisional application is hereby dismissed as not pressed.

Connected CRAN application, if any, is also disposed of. Any order of stay passed by this Court during the file of the revisional application is also vacated.
