The petitioner relies upon Rafik Masih case in respect of this matter which is a matter of overdrawal. I do not find any similarity with the tenor of the order of Rafik Masih's case where the employee was a Group D employee. Here the petitioner was a primary teacher.

Therefore, this writ application is not entertained and is dismissed.
