No one appears on behalf of the petitioner nor any 25.04.2025 Court No.42 Item No. 14 Ab accommodation is prayed for.

Seen the office report dated 18th December 2024 wherefrom it appears that the notice could not be served upon the petitioner and the opposite party no. 2.

The parties were last represented on 22nd July 2019. Several opportunities were given to them but they did not appear. Therefore, I am taking this case for passing order on the basis of material available on record.

The petitioner challenged the order dated 7th February 2017 passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Barracpore, South 24-Parganas in connection with M. Case No. 202 of 2016 wherein a petitioner under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure was allowed and husband was directed to pay Rs. 5000/- per month to the petitioner as an interim maintenance. Nothing is available on record to show the present material, physical and economic status of the parties.

Even petitioner is not looks diligent in conducting her case. Considering the above facts and circumstances, I do not find any merit in this case. CRR 2085 of 2017 is dismissed.

In view of the dismissal of the revisional application itself, the connected application being CRAN 1 of 2017 (Old No. CRAN 3812 of 2017) has become infructuous and the same is also dismissed. Interim order, if there be any, stands vacated. There shall, however, be no order as to costs. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis.
