1. The appeal is directed against an order dated 12.08.2021 whereby the impugned notification dated 24.07.2017 was stayed for a period of six months. The said period of six months had expired.

2. In view of the above, the instant appeal has, therefore, become infructuous.

3. MAT 1155 of 2022 is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected pending application, if any, is also dismissed.

4. Liberty is reserved to the appellants to challenge any subsequent events in accordance with law.
