1. The petitioner is absconding. An allegation of sexual harassment leveled against the petitioner from the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure directly implicating the petitioner. Surprisingly, the offence under the Information and Technology Act has not been added by the I.O.

2. On such consideration, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioner.

3. The I.O. is directed to file a supplementary charge-sheet. (Soumen Sen, J.)
