Inadvertent typographical error has crept in order dated 8.4.2022. In the cause title of the order dated 8.4.2022, "CRAN 2 of 2020 (Old No.CRAN 1000 of 2020) be read as "CRAN 1 of 2020 (Old No. CRAN 1000 of 2020).

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction.

Report is placed on record.

The condition of anticipatory bail imposed upon the petitioner to meet the Investigating Officer once in a week is waived.

Petitioner shall appear before the trial court on every date of hearing and shall not intimidate the witnesses or tamper with the evidence in any manner whatsoever. Other conditions of anticipatory bail imposed on the petitioner shall, however, continue.

Accordingly, the application being CRAN 1 of 2020(Old No.CRAN 1000 of 2020) is disposed of.
