It further appears that although this is a case of Section 376 read with Section 511 of the Indian Penal Code, yet the petitioner has not taken steps to hide the identity of the victim.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for not being in form.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner from filing an appropriate application afresh on the selfsame grounds.
