The petitioner does not intend to proceed any further with the writ petition on the ground that due to events occurring subsequent to the filing of the writ petition requires a composite writ petition to be filed ventilating the petitioner's grievances as regard the issues in the present and the acts subsequent to the filing of the writ petition.

Writ petition is, therefor, dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to agitate all grounds taken in the instant writ petition in a subsequent writ petition that may be filed challenging the action of the respondents.

Since the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, no statement made therein as against the respondents are

considered. The respondents are free to object all the grounds taken in the instant writ petition in any subsequent writ petition if filed containing the grounds in the instant writ petition. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of necessary formalities.
