1. It is submitted that the PPO has been issued and certain sums of money has been credited to the account of the petitioner. It is also submitted that there is substantial compliance of this Court's order. The breakup of the sums paid to the petitioner may be communicated to him within a week from date.

2. The interest on delayed payment of the PPO shall be released by the Secretary of Finance, Government of West Bengal being alleged contemnor no. 2, within a period of 2 weeks from date.

3. This Court had requested Mr. Jayanta Samanta, learned counsel, to represent the alleged contemnor no. 2 in this matter.

4. Let his appointment be regularized by the office of the legal remembrancer.

5. With the aforesaid observations, CPAN 1066 of

2024 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all formalities (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
