Writ petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a DL-19 12.07.2023 Court No.5 (AD) proceeding pending before the West Bengal Land Reforms and Tenancy Tribunal.

Learned Advocate appearing for the writ petitioner submits that, the proceeding is pending since 2009. He draws the attention of the Court to various orders passed by the Tribunal from time to time including the last order dated December 9, 2022. He submits that, the next date of hearing before the Tribunal is July 17, 2023.

State is represented.

The records produced before this Court demonstrates that the O.A. No.189 of 2009 (LRTT) is fixed for hearing on July 17, 2023.

Learned Tribunal is requested to hear and dispose of O.A. No.189 of 2009 as expeditiously as possible and

preferably within four weeks from July 17, 2023 without affording any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties.

WPLRT 82 of 2023 is disposed of accordingly without any order as to costs.
